My pre workout supplement combo
After I tried different pre workout supplements, I decided to try my own combo.
I knew all about best pre workout supplements so I first started to search for the best producer for every single ingredient. Some of them are a bit pricey, would say some people. I say is the right price for what it provides.
So my first combination of supplement before training was: BCAA - 10gr, arginine(free form) - 2gr and creatine - 5gr.
I will admit that this simple combination gave my better pumps and no buzz effect, that other all in one products gaved me. The buzz effect in my case is because of caffeine, so I'm avoiding it.
First personal combo and first HIT.
After 3 months, my income just got bigger and so I decided to put more money in my body(including supplements).
I started with replacing arginine with arginine AAKG; same amount. After this I added beta-alanine - 1gr. Now this is a great ingredient for my pre workout supplement. Gives my a clear head and helps producing carnosine. And last but not least, I added 5gr of glutamine.
So: BCAA, arginine AAKG, creatine, beta-alanine and glutamine.
I find this stack being most powerful when my diet is consisted of this calorie ratio: Protein 30-40%, Carbs 30-40$ and Fats 30-40%.
Because I like to eat a variety of foods and provide my body different nutrients i go with that +-10%. So on a week my calorie ratio of Protein-Carbs-Fats may be 30-30-40 and on another period(day, days, weeks, months) it may by 30-40-30.
